  2. Banana Muffin Recipe Modification Recipe adjusted from www.allrecipes.com • Process • Blend dry ingredients • Mash bananas • Whisk egg & oil together. Combine with bananas • Mix wet & dry ingredients • Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes • Ingredients • 1 tsp. baking powder • 1 tsp. baking soda • 1½ cups whole wheat flour • ½ tsp. salt • 1 tsp. cinnamon • 1 cup chocolate chips • 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed) • 3 bananas (mashed) • 1 egg • 1/3 cup canola oil www.kkcb.com
