Year 8 Homework Task #1 - Personality Using vocabulary, structures and resources in your book, you should complete ONE of the following tasks: Draw a picture of your best friend and write 5 sentences about his or her personality. Print out a picture of your favourite celebrity, then write 5 sentences around the picture to describe his/her personality . Create a Minibookto contain descriptions of 5 famous people - include little pictures

Year 8 Homework Task #2 - Friendships Using vocabulary, structures and resources in your book, you should complete ONE of the following tasks: Record a short spoken presentation about what you do with your friends and email it to your teacher as a soundfile. Prepare (write) a presentation about what you do with your friends. Use www.Voki.com to create an avatar and then type in your presentation. Email the link/voki to your teacher Prepare (write) a spoken presentation about what you do with your friends and use GoAnimate to create a video of your text. Email the link to your teacher.

  3. Year 8 Homework Task #3 - Music Using vocabulary, structures and resources in your book, you should complete ONE of the following tasks: Search on YouTube for 5 French singers/groups. Make a note of their name and the song, print off a photo of the group if you can, and note down your opinions of them all in French. Write 5-6 sentences in French about why you like your favourite musical artists. Include photos of them! Create a French rap about music, using the phrases and vocab from class. Write it down in your book or record it. (You can record it in pairs or a group if you want to!)

Year 8 Homework Task #4 – Fashion Show Using vocabulary, structures and resources in your book, you should complete ONE of the following tasks: Create a puppet for the fashion show and write a description of its outfit in French. Draw an outfit for a Fashion Show and write a description of it in French. Create a mish-mash monster using catalogues/ magazines for the clothes pictures, and describe the outfit in French.
