  3. LONG TERM GOALS To make our students acquire mathematical concepts by utilizing 21st century skills. To make our students independent learners. To enhance critical thinking in our students.

  4. SHORT TERM GOALS To develop interest in Maths through various activities. To be able to solve problems independently. To enhance mental Math skills.

  5. OBJECTIVES By the end of the lesson the students will be able to :- • Find the Perimeter of the shapes (square, rectangle and triangle.) • Perform an activity of Perimeter with the help of flash cards and different objects. • Understand and use vocabulary related to Perimeter and area.

  6. HOW TO DEVELOP 21st CENTURY SKILLS? To think critically and to develop the skills of life long learning. Students need to know the application of their skills. By integration between subject and ICT skills.

  7. 1st Week • Introduction and activity + Q1 (a,b) • Q2 (a-d) • Draw a shape with aperimeter of 16 cm + Draw 2 different rectangles with a perimeter of 14 cm • Introduction of fractions + definition • Work sheet TIME LINE • 4th-6th Jan • Paper review • Work sheet of basic operations.
