  5. Close Up (Like an author using a fragment, the director wants you to notice something (ex. characterization, symbolism, irony)

  6. Extreme Close Up (again, something to notice)

  7. Two Shot- shows the relationship between the characters

  8. Camera Angles

  9. Eye Level (shows point of view)

  10. High Angle (point of view)

  11. Low Angle (Point of View)

  12. Pan (setting, imagery, and point of view)

  13. Tilt (setting, point of view, and imagery)

  14. Zoom (point of view, symbolism, character desires)

  15. Lighting

  16. High Key (usually a positive mood)

  17. Low Key (usually a dark or sad mood)

  18. Bottom or Side Lighting (scary or evil mood OR tone)

  19. Front or Back Lighting (angelic characterization, mood, tone)
