  4. Running for Higher office When should I start? Deciding What to Run For • District – 1year in advance • International – 1-3 years in advance Campaigning • Lieutenant Governor (LTG) – Not until Spring Zone Rally • District Office – Not until DCON

  5. What are the positions I can run for?

  6. Lieutenant Governors • Supervises all of the clubs in a Division • Is a member of the District Board • Sits on a committee on the district board • To Become: Talk to current LTG and run at your Spring Zone Rally

  7. Appointed Positions • Webmaster • Editor • Executive Assistant • To Become: Fill out forms online, apply and interview with Governor

  8. Executive Board • Governor • Treasurer • Secretary • To Become: Fill out forms online and send to the Elections Chair, Campaign at all of the SZR’s and get elected at DCON

  9. International Board • Made up of the President, V.P. and 11 trustees. • The leading body of all of key club • Sets Policies and Procedure for Key Club International • Supervises the Governor • To Become: Fill out forms, campaign at SZR’s, receive endorsement from District, campaign at ICON, get nominated at NOM-COM, get elected at House of Delegates
