  3. Habitat and Classfication Most chameleons live in the forests of Africa, Madagascar and India. They are reptiles.

  4. Predator prey diet Chameleons can eat lots of insects. They eat flies, plants, fruits and butterflies. It is a predator and prey. Birds like eagles eat chameleons.

  5. Camouflage type Chameleons use camouflage like patterns, and mimicry. They can blend in with a branch so predators can’t see them.

  6. Interesting Facts When a chameleon is born it is as big as your pinky. They change colors when they are sick. They hang like monkeys on a branch. Chameleons also change color when light changes. Some nick names are Fork nose, Flat face, and elephant ear.
