FACETS • There has been a miscommunication regarding how FACETS is run. • FACETS allows anyone to submit a rendition of the school song • However, changing the melody of the song does not change its meaning • Only videos with the official school song melody will played during official events • 1st Place- $300 worth of vouchers • 2nd Place- $200 • 3rd Place- $100 • 4th and 5th Place- 5$0

  4. Attendance Taking • As of last week, Chairmen can no longer take attendance • This is to ensure accountability • No chairmen is to touch the green book • Devise a way to inform your form teachers abut the daily attendance

Teachers Day Gift • You were told beforehand that you are to prepare a gift that is to be presented to your form teachers during Teachers Day Celebration. • The gift should be appropriate and preferably non-perishable • You were also told to inform the EXCOs of what gift you plan to get by today
