  2. TADS Data Collection • TADS Outage Information (mandatory) • WECC Collects Data in Addition to TADS (voluntary) • Transmission Line Inventory • Transformer Inventory • Common Corridor Inventory • Annual Process • Elements 200 kV and Above

Existing WECC Process • TO’s complete and submit the TRD spreadsheets to WECC staff • Consists of the following: • NERC forms: 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 3.3, 4.4, 6.4 • WECC forms: Transmission Inventory, Transformer Inventory, Common Corridor and Outages • WECC staff converts the WECC forms into the NERC Format. • WECC forms convert to the following NERC forms • 3.1, 3.2, 3.4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 • WECC staff uploads all the NERC forms onto webTADS

  4. Moving to Quarterly Submittals and 100 kV Threshold • With the current process, WECC could not handle the request for TADS to go on a quarterly submittal and down to 100 kV • NERC proposes that WECC utilize the webTADS tool for TO’s to submit forms

  5. Option Chosen • Allow webTADS to be able to import the WECC TRD inventories and use the NERC outage forms for the current outage tab in the WECC spreadsheets • Cost/NERC would fund this option and monthly cost • Aligned with continent-wide process • Keep all TRD inventories • TO’s will import this into webTADS
