Flow Cytometric Analysis of Cell Cycle and Apoptosis in HPAC and BXPC3 Cell Lines

This study investigates the cell cycle and apoptosis in HPAC and BXPC3 cells using flow cytometry and propidium iodide (PI) staining. We analyze the effects of incomplete and complete treatments compared to control samples. The research aims to elucidate how different treatment regimens influence the cell cycle progression and apoptotic responses in these pancreatic cell lines. Our findings contribute to understanding the cellular mechanisms of treatment efficacy and potential therapeutic strategies.
