Project Planning Framework: Retrospective Analysis and Testing for Higher Education Needs

This project explores the implementation and effectiveness of the Project Planning Framework, as utilized by Julie Youngs and Benita Wiseman in January 2013 within the JISC My Course Data project. It reflects on the framework's application during the planning phase, feedback from an award ceremony, and insights from a Higher Education periodic review. Adjustments were made to cater to Myerscough's specific needs, and the framework was successfully piloted by a dedicated team of eight, who had prior experience using the Project Planning Framework.
