  2. Log Into Finance Self Service Banner Self Service Application For training purposes - login to the myYC portal https://portaltest.yc.edu/ Click the “Finance Main Menu” link under the “My Services” channel.

  3. Approval Query Procedures Click this button

  4. Click the document number to review the transaction.

  5. Hit “back button” once done reviewing item. Description and amount of item being purchased. FOAP being charged.

  6. Click here to approve this requisition.

  7. Click here to disapprove this requisition.

  8. Include explanation for disapproving requisition.
