  1. Features I wish to include in my music magazine After my research of artists and other magazine s and my surveys/survey analysis, there are specific things I wish to include on each of my pages in the production. Such things are;

Magazine Front cover: • Using TYPE OF font as my masthead font • Using Black, Dark red and grey as my colour cohesion • A puff to advertise a competition and what they could win • Another puff for an article in the magazine • Callouts for up and coming gigs and dates • A barcode with price From my survey results it looks like the layout on my front cover shouldn’t be too crowed but not too bland either. I need to try and get the balance right with a column inch and a puff for the competition to make the magazine appealing to the target audience.

Contents Page: • Numbers of the pages so that they know what articles is where • A simple layout with only one main image on the page • Have the contents of the magazine grouped together on one side • One main image I want my contents page to be a page that the audience can get all the information of the magazine on. I need to make it organised and flow. I want to use the same font as the front cover and use the same colour cohesion.

  4. Double Page Spread: • Artists story • An interview style article • One or two medium sized images • I want to make sure that through the research I’ve done that I make the double page spread as appealing to my target audience as possible. To do this I will need to do the things listed above to show them that I’ve taken all of what they said into consideration.
