The Quality Indicator Survey (QIS) version 4.03 introduces important features for conducting quality assessments. Notably, Stage 2 investigative documentation now auto-saves every 5 minutes, reducing data loss risk. In the case of data loss, report immediately to the QTSO Help Desk at 1-888-477-7876. The checklist has also been updated to exclude discharged residents and eliminate duplicate entries. For enhanced efficiency, keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl.D and Ctrl.N) are available for various tasks within the survey process, though please note the exception for team meeting screens.
