Theory/ practice • Course design – Goals and objectives (Project management in the Arts) This course introduces the principles of planning, organizing and implementing programs and activities in performing arts projects . It enables students to gain understanding and skills in the process involved in overall management of the multimedia projects. Key components include: project development, team building and networking.

  9. Strengths of the program • Team building skills • Networking skills • Communication skills

  10. Weaknesses of the program • Unequal level of technical skills • Unclear definition of the student profile (musicians, actors, dancers, buisness majors..) • Not enough art courses ( art history, music history….)
