This course delves into the fundamentals of organizational behavior, equipping students with the skills to recognize and apply tools and concepts in real-world situations. Participants will engage in active learning through case studies, quizzes, and team projects designed to enhance understanding and diagnose organizational dynamics. Students are expected to contribute meaningfully to group work, develop critical thinking skills, and apply theoretical frameworks to practical scenarios. Note on quizzes and exam • Quizzes and the final exam will test understanding, not note taking or memorization.
Note on cases and term project • Cases will be handed out in the middle of the term. • Cases that have been discussed may be used as basis for questions in quizzes or exams.
