Study Progress • Prepared the initial project list and revenue estimates • Received input at the April TAC meeting on project priorities • Prepared an initial cost-constrained RTP plan for 2014-2037 • Conducted teleconferences with all TAC members • Distributed revised revenue estimates and projects • Attended focus area discussions and open house YMPO RTP Technical Advisory Committee Meeting

Study Progress • Coordinated with YMPO staff on the TIP process   • Participated in the April 10th interagency air quality teleconference  • Prepared travel demand model runs for 2014, 2016, 2024, 2034, and 2037 (air quality analysis years) • Revised RTP outline and style guide • Continued to develop RTP elements YMPO RTP Technical Advisory Committee Meeting

Economic Development/Trade/Tourism • Freight friendly corridors needed • NB commuters wait for hours at the port of entry • Transit crossings at the port is a major issue • Consider economic impacts of growth and development • Solar industry growth was unanticipated • Limited funding is available to promote aviation opportunities YMPO RTP Technical Advisory Committee Meeting

  9. Community Development • Friendlier roadway design needed for bicycles • Avenue E access to Rolle Field needed • More sidewalks and bike lanes are needed • Better transit access for the disabled needed YMPO RTP Technical Advisory Committee Meeting

  10. Public safety/Emergency Services • Bike thefts are an issue near the border • Arizona Avenue needs congestion relief during school time • $20M needed for Aviation, FAA only provides $1M yearly YMPO RTP Technical Advisory Committee Meeting
