COMPANY PROFILE • Brief history of the Company • Set up in the year of 2001, OJSC Promagroleasing is the first leasing company in the Republic of Belarus established with state participation. • In 2005, Promagroleasing was authorized by the Government to lease agricultural machines within the scope of the Republican Program of Agricultural Modernization running from 2005 to the year of 2010. • In 2009, Promagroleasing was authorized by the Government to elaborate efficient cross-border leasing schemes and promote Belarusian-made products to foreign markets. • Since 2009, Promagroleasing holds shares in a number of joint ventures located in Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Mozambique and Bahrain.

  29. COMPANY PROFILE Our Partners Promagroleasing is a multibrand company. We cooperate with world-known Belarusian manufacturers and lease machines and equipment that they produce. Minsk Tractor Works produces tractors. The factory possesses 8-10% of the world wheeled tractors market. Belarusian Autoworks, BELAZ, produces mining trucks, exported to more than 70 countries. Minsk Automobile Plant produces buses and road freight transport. The factory exports its goods to Arab countries, Latin America and Europe. Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant produces automotive machines for oil and gas complex. The factory exports about 50 percent of its products to more than 12 countries around the world. Amkodor produces loaders, exported to more than 30 countries. Belkommunmash produces tramcars and trolley-buses. The factory is the largest producer of trolley-buses in Eurasia. We also cooperate with many other manufacturers of Belarus.
