  3. Airline Cargo Resources offices are located two kilometers from O.R Tambo International Airport. The offices are located centrally in the freight forwarding community. Active sales are conducted at the coastal regions on a regular basis.

  5. GENERAL SALES AND SERVICE AGENCY: Airline Reports; Cargo Reservations; Cargo Sales and Marketing; Charters. Compilation of Claims; Full Accounting Function; GHA Supervision & Liaison In-House Staff Training; Interline Agreements; Telesales; Track and Trace;

GROUND HANDLING AGENT: • After 10 years in the operations of Ground Handling Agents, ACR recently sold two divisions of the Company to Menzies Aviation (SA)(Cargo)(PTY)LTD. • Menzies Aviation (SA)(Cargo) (PTY)LTD. Acquired the Ground Handling and Road feeder departments. • The normal level of excellent service will be available to all our carriers with the new business. • All the carriers previously handled by ACR have remained with Menzies Aviation (SA) (Cargo)(PTY)LTD.

  12. In 2004 ACR became the first African owned General Sales Agency to become an IATA Member as a General Sales and Service Agency. • Airline Cargo Resources is a founding member of FAGSA, joining in 1995. • ACR joined TIACA in 2004

To make our represented Carriers the number one choice for the freight forwarders in South Africa; • To ensure strict yield control and the maximum loads on the flights; • To use our extensive South African network to offer maximum exposure to our Carriers; • To be the GSSA of choice by offering the highest level of service to all Airline Partners and to be an Ambassador for our clients.

  16. ACR operates on the Cargospot system; • The system allows us to fulfill all required tasks of a GSSA. • ACR is able to customize the system should the airline require any additional information; • Cargospot gives ACR the ability to have real time communication with our GHA.

  21. MESSAGE FROM CEO Airline Cargo Resources (Pty) Ltd is a concept which was born based on the pure desire to offer an effective and efficient service to both its’ Principles and clients. Basing all concepts on this very specific ideal, has seen the Company grow from a small two-man concern in 1994 with a single service contract with Ethiopian Airlines, to in excess of twenty contracts with various airlines. Personal service is something which the Company is particularly proud of. All flights are handled with a hands-on approach, by dedicated staff allocated to specific duties.
