How to get to the hotel/the Residence: • By public transport: • When arriving at the Vienna International Airport Schwechat, please look out for the S-Bahn (a train going directly to the centre of Vienna) number 7 – direction Floridsdorf / Wien Mitte. • Please get off at RENNWEG, which is located 2 minutes (walking distance) from the Hotel. Make sure to carry some coins or a €10 bill with you in order to pay at the machine before going down to the platform – the single ticket price is €4.00 and the journey will take approximately 20 minutes. • The first train starts at 5:18 in the morning. The last train departing from the airport is at 0:18 – the train intervals are 30 minutes i.e. the trains are leaving every hour at h:18 & h:48. • By taxi: • There are several taxi services operating in Vienna – one of them is called Airport Driver. Their drivers normally have a basic knowledge of English: www.airportdriver.at – you can book them online (there is an option for “in English”) and they will wait with a plate and your name in the waiting hall – if you shouldn’t see anyone waiting for you there, please go to their stand which is in the waiting hall too. You can either pay in cash or by credit card – the price is €33 single way – there is no additional fee for any suitcases, 2nd person etc. If you were satisfied with the service, you can appreciate their service with a tip of €1-2.

How to get to the Airport – Flughafen Wien Schwechat: • Please make sure to arrive at least 1.5 – 2 hours prior to the departure at the airport! • By public transport: • Please go to the railway station RENNWEG and take the S-BahnS7 – direction Wolfsthal to Flughafen Wien. • Make sure to carry some coins or a €10 bill with you in order to pay at the machine before going down to the platform – the single ticket price is €4.00 and the journey will again take approximately 20 minutes. The first train starts at 4:49 in the morning. The last train departing from Rennweg is at 23:49 – the train intervals are 30 minutes i.e. the trains are leaving every hour at h:19 & h:49. • By taxi: • There are several taxi services operating in Vienna – one of them is called Airport Driver. Their drivers normally have a basic knowledge of English: www.airportdriver.at – you can book them online (there is an option for “in English”) and they will from the lobby of the hotel.
