  2. Conference Details • What: COYA Annual Youth Conference • When: Saturday 22nd to Monday 24th Dec 2007 • Where: Vision Valley Retreat and Conference Centre • Cost: $150 per person • Who: HG Bishop Angelos & HG Bishop Daniel will be there for the entire 3 days! www.coyasydney.org

Registration Details • Limit of 235 youth (including servants) • All registration will be online via coyasydney.org • Each church has an initial quota based on numbers who attended last year’s conference. • Abu Sefein has 32 reserved spots. • To save these spots for only Abu Sefein’s youth, you’ll need a “passkey” when you sign up, please see me in person to get this key. www.coyasydney.org

What do I need to do to register? • Registrations will open at 10am on Monday 5th Nov. • Go to coyasydney.org or the follow the link in the youth emails. • You will need to know: • Your details  • Your ChurchPasskey (please see me for this) • Your emergency contact details and Medicare # • How you would like to pay for the conference www.coyasydney.org

  7. So what happens if I don't register in time? • If the allocated spots have already been taken you will go into a waiting list. • If someone who had registered already does not pay within the 7 days then their spot expires and the next person on the waiting list will receive an email inviting them to pay and confirm their spot. • This is the only way to keep it fair for everyone • The earlier you register the easier it is  www.coyasydney.org

  8. What if more than 32 people from Abu Sefein’s want to attend? • Register and pay ASAP to guarantee a spot. • Any church which has not used all its spots will forfeit them after 4 weeks so that other churches can share them. www.coyasydney.org

  9. More Conference Details • Busses will be provided to and from the conference site. • No cars allowed • No “day visitors” or part timers permitted • Activities during the conference include archery, canoeing, horse riding and many sports www.coyasydney.org
