  11. New Business & Upcoming Events Spring Book Fair – Meryl Widensky April 12th – 15th, 2010 Need help? Cyber Bullying Course – Monica Matlis April 12th (5th & 6th Graders) - two sessions. Will start at 9:45 AM April 13th (7th & 8th Graders) - - two sessions. Will start at 9:45 AM Will introduce all middle schools students to what it is, how it is done and the consequences of this even for students. Need someone here on those days to help Mike Pesce from NOVA Karen Garrison volunteered to help on Monday, Monica will be here for Tuesday Morning. Thanks Karen Board Meeting Update (3/16/2010) – Monica Matlis

New Business & Upcoming Events Board Meeting Update – Monica Matlis AHA Registration – Monica Matlis Bucks County Kehillah/Federation – Jessica Strom New Family Committee – Monica Matlis We really need someone to lead a small group of parents to welcome the next families to AHA (e.g. call them, have parents from similar backgrounds contact them.). Volunteer? New family at AHA – 2nd Grader.

  13. New Business & Upcoming Events • Ladies Night – Sheri Goldstein • Huge event this year. Jill Whelan will be the star of the show. • Evening of fun, 80s Trivia, Food, some vendors (by invitation) • We are going to have an Art Silent Auction of art prepared by all of the grades in AHA (except 8th) • Food by “Kapoltz Kosher Catering” • We need help in putting it together • We need items to raffle off! • Please volunteer! It will be fun! • Save the Date: April 28th, 2010 Preparation Meeting will be held on: Tuesday, April 13th at 1:30 PM! Please join us!!!

  14. New Business – Budget Update Bar/Bat Mitzvah Breakfast – Iris Gold We have had 2-3 of these breakfasts Schedule will be placed to help setup! Thanks Ladies! Passport To Israel A program where Jewish Federation helps AHA students fund their way to Israel They match up to $200/year starting in Fourth Grade They deposit it into your child’s account You need to request the money for your child’s trip 90 days in advance!

New Business – Budget Update 2010-2011 Chairperson, Co-Chairs We are going to need a PTO co-chair to transition Monica out Monica will stay as past Chair of the PTO We will need a Nursery Chairperson May meeting need to make a decision on who will be new the PTO Leadership Team for the next school year.
