Parent Teacher Organization • The parent organization benefits all students enrolled at GRHS. • It will serve as the umbrella organization for all other GRHS parent organizations (booster clubs, project graduation, etc.). • Any additional parent organizations (athletic booster club, FFA booster club, band booster club, etc) will be required to elect an officer that will serve as a member of the GRHS parent organization executive board. • Booster club members will be required to also be members of the GRHS parent organization.

NOTE** Please complete the volunteer registration form that you can obtain at tonight’s meeting or on the LCISD-George Ranch website under FORMS.

Fifth Vice – President Teresa Ricard Hospitality • Volunteers to pick up and deliver food. • Volunteers to set up / stage food and informational signage • Volunteers to maintain / replenish food areas. • Volunteers to clean up after events. • Volunteers to hostess events. • Volunteers to donate and wrap gifts for staff drawings. • Volunteers to decorate for themed events. • Volunteers to make crafty items and / or work with flowers. • Volunteers to donate serving dishes, warmers, crock pots, and large coffee pots

Beautification ChairpersonDeanna Paradine • Forming small committees to handle designated areas.  • Front landscaping and the front office enhancements completed by the first day of school • Volunteers working this summer on the outside gardening projects will also be encouraged to bring children of appropriate age to assist in the fun. • Volunteers to work the summer months
