  3. Status update • Common Evaluation Framework and Indicators available as part of implementation guide • Ongoing compilation of different country plans and tools (Drop box) • Bangladesh • Malawi • Tanzania? • Uganda? • Cambodia? • Other?

  4. Proposed next steps • Recruit and finalize TWG members – global and country-based • Conference calls with TWG members • Review TOR and deliverables • Review M&E plans and tools • Refine standardized framework, tools and indicators • Timeline: • Conference call (August) • Deliverables: TBD
