  3. Exogene - septice - perf. glob - oper.cataracta - ulcer cornean perforat -toxice – ulcer cornean - cheratite - arsuri chimice oculare Endogene Infectii cr : tbc , sifilis Inf. de la niv. sinusuri, dinti , prostata, plamin Reumatism Sarcoidoza Boli de Colagen Toxine endooculare Etiologie

  4. IRITE • Cl : simpt: - durere severa - fotofobia - VA semne : - cong. conj. pericheratica - edem endotelial cornean - Tyndal + - iris gri - sinechii post. =secluzie - exudate in pupila = ocluzie

  5. CICLITE • Semne: • Precipitate cheratice - Exudate in vitros (fulgi de nea)

  6. Dg # 1. Conjunctivite acute 2. Cheratite 3. Glaucom acut • Complic : - panoftalmie - glaucom secundar - cataracta complicata - atrofia progresiva a globului

  7. Tratament • Etiol : exogene: AB+AINS endogene: eradicatria focarelor inf. • Patogenetic – topic : steroizi - sistemic: AINS/steroizi • Simptomatic – midriatice topice • Complicatii – glaucom sec. - betablocante. - cataracta - chirurgical

  8. CHOROIDITEEXOGENE • Ag. – Stapfilococus - Pseudomonas • Cl : simpt – durere oculara - AV semne : - edem palpebral - cong.perilimbica -umoare apoasa tulbure, hipopion - sinechii post - exudat pupilar

  9. Evol : - panoftalmie • Progn : sever • Tratm : medical - etiol: topic – pb AB sistemic – AB - patog. : steroizi - simptom.: topic :midriatice sistemic : AINS chirurgical : evisceratie

  10. Coroidita Endogena • Et. – toxoplasmoza - tbc , sifilis - sarcoidoza - extraocul. • Cl: simpt - AV semne – exudate in vitrous - edem coroidian - noduli coroidieni • Complic : - cataracta - neuroretinita • Tratm : etiol : AB patog : pb steroizi AINS steroizi

  11. OFTALMIE SIMPATICA • Et. – perforatia G.O. - plagi cu retentie de CSIO - perforatia ulcerului corneean - tu intraoculare • Cl : ochi netraumatizat = ochi simpatizant • Profilaxia : sutura corecta a sclerei • Tratm : - sistemic : steroizi - topic

  12. MELANOM MALIGN COROIDIAN • Cl : - asimpt. - AV - defecte de CV Semne- masa coroidiana elevata - aspect de ciuperca - +/- DR • Complic.: - glaucom sec - DR - extensie orbitara - metastaze • Tratm : - radioterapie - enucleatie - exenteratie - chimioterapie
