Comparative Analysis of 2D DIGE at pH 3-10 and 4-7 in Proteomics

This study evaluates two-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis (2D DIGE) at varying pH levels, specifically pH 3-10 and pH 4-7. Through the analysis of protein profiles, we aim to understand the impact of pH on protein separation and detection in proteomics. Supplementary Figure 1 illustrates the differences observed in protein expression patterns across the varying pH conditions. Our findings contribute to optimizing 2D DIGE methodology for enhanced resolution and improved identification of proteins in complex biological samples.
