Summary • Barking up the wrong tree, at the wrong time, in the wrong tone, with the wrong message, through the wrong medium and within the wrong budget can leave one stuck in brand marketing. • Advertisements should be concise (headlines should have 5 to 7 words)& should have connections with positive emotions of customers • Technical specifications have less meaning to common people.

Summary cont… • Advertisements should be entertaining & should promote unique points & be consistent . • The purpose of advertisements is to generate a query ,so email address & phone number to be put in it & right person need to address the queries of clients. • Brand communication should be done at every point a customer comes in contact with the hospital. • Internal staff can be a potential force in strategic brand marketing of a hospital which many hospitals overlook.
