  3. Trades/Jobs • Also there were jobs like a basket maker who weaves baskets. • Another job is a silver smith and they sculpt silver. • Last gardeners plant seeds and take care of them.

  4. What made each region unique • New England was unique from the others by logging, slaves, fishing. • Also the middle colonies were known for ship building, wheel writes, wig makers. • Another place, the southern colonies was known for farming, slaves, and shipping.

  5. Three pieces of clothing worn in colonial times • There was lots of clothing these are some. • Breeches • Coats • Banyan • Stays • Weskits • Cape

  6. Tools • These are some tools that were used back then. • One of the tools that they used was a hammer • Another tool that was used was a saw • Last they used calipers

  7. Crafts and Games • Some of the games they played we still play. • One game was ball in a cup • Also there was puzzles • Last, there was board games

Founding Fathers and their achievements • These Founding Fathers had a lot of achievements here are some. • John Adams was the second president of the United states of America. • Next there was Thomas Jefferson who was the author of the declaration of Independence. • Last there was George Washington who was the commander of the Americans during the revolutionary war.

  9. Slavery • This practice came to the colonies • One was free labor • Chesapeake became the most independent because of tabaco farming to

  10. Shelter / Houses • The shelters had lots of features these are some • The houses had brick chimneys, wood, glass. • Also, there were shingles on the roof

  11. What did the furniture look like? • Here are some furniture that they had and still have today. • Wood feet • Stone handles • All wood cabinets

  12. Food • This is some food they ate in the colonies. • Pie • Dutch apple dumplings • Peanut soup
