Examples of PM’wSI cont. • Practice Management Competency Framework • Aim:- That all Practice Managers within the PCT are able to achieve the competencies outlined within the new GMS contract at either level 1, 2 or 3. • The service being developed is identifying the specific learning needs of individual existing and new Practice Managers, and implementing a series of training courses that meet the identified needs.
