  5. Process improvements through ERP Expectations for ERP solution: 1. Ensuring the pricing as per the Company policy and budget. 2. Submitting offers for all the enquiries received before the due date. 3. Generating a weekly report giving the list of tenders/inquiries due within that week. 4. Completing our design and engineering within the specified time limit and generate a similar report on delays in engineering. 5. Raising Purchase requisitions (PR) within the specified time limit? Can we generate a similar report on delays in PR. 6. Generation of a report on all outstanding purchase orders on vendors at any given point of time. 7. Completing engineering within one week after receipt of the PO. 7. Placing PO’s within the lead time of various items. 8. Raising ABG's/PBG's as per the PO conditions well in time. 9. Asking the clients for CDD extension in good time in case of delays beyond our control.
