2008/09 • Barley Mow Complete with 100% satisfaction • Lyndhurst Lower Over 80% complete with 100% satisfaction • Springwell 3 Phases over 80% complete with high statisfaction • Kibblesworth Commenced December and programmed to run into Spring 2009
Satisfaction Quarter3 • Satisfaction for the whole partnership 99.5% • Satisfaction for Morrison overall 98.8% • BME satisfaction 100% • Disability ‘Yes’ satisfaction 100% (97.7% satisfaction with Partner)

Sustainability Beacon Lough East Entering the final stages of the scheme now. Following large scale consultation with all stake holders the scheme is nearing completion. This large scale scheme incorporating elements of play, landscaping and community space was officially opened on the 26th February.

Birtley East & Northside A combined scheme with elements crossing over two neighbouring estates. The scheme includes elements of play, landscaping, community space as well as lighting improvements, handrails and a hedge management scheme.
Sustainability • Albert Place – Soft & hard landscaping to compliment bungalows • Harlow Green – Currently prioritising options • Lyndhurst Lower – Designs on going • Springwell – Designs were agreed, further discussions now needed. • Barley Mow New – Planning permission for fence around Bowling Green and shops, other designs on going. • Lyndhurst Upper – Consultations commence at DH choices event – 25th Feb.
Other Decent Homes Schemes • The DVD was launched, it features on the website and has been issued to all customers on 09/10 schemes. • Bulky items collection service was launched and has been extremely successful, especially in the South Neighbourhood. • 274 Collection (estimate 342 by year end) • On average 34 collections per week • VFM has identified savings through procurement and seen moves to sole supplier for kitchens, bathrooms and boilers and dual supplier for windows and doors.
Other Decent Homes Schemes • There are some new ranges for 2009/10. In consultation with customers new tile ranges and fires are on offer this year. • In response to lower satisfaction from ‘younger people’ a new Young Persons Guide to Decent Homes has also been launched.
