  3. Urrconductor: Hi xpressrider, what’s up? • Xpressrider: Hi. I am just checking my mail to see if I am needed to deliver any messages tonight. How about you? • Urrconductor: Yes, I was checking to see if the train was going out tonight.

  4. Xpressrider: I don’t seem to be so busy anymore. Especially since that night when I had to race to warn the militia in Lexington and Concord, carrying lanterns. • Urrconductor: I know what you mean. Since slavery was outlawed, I haven’t had any opportunities to risk my life to get slaves to freedom.

The stories of your trips up and down the east, running from slave catchers and facing other dangers are still being talked about! • Urrconductor: You’re one to talk! What you did for the militia is being acted out in little boy’s imaginations across the United States!
