Context: • (Socio)demografie Brussel => “cultuurgevoelig werken” = core business zorg en welzijn • Groot aantal bestaande analyses BRONNEN • Studies + bevraging prioritaire partners => analysenota • Bevraging toegang ECM tot gezondheidszorg (Huis voor Gezondheid) • Bruggenbouwers: werken aan toegankelijkheid (BWR) • Zorgnoden en –behoeften: de kijk van de Brusselaar (Kenniscentrum Woonzorg) + Cultuurgevoelige ouderenzorg (Ovallo) • Eerste resultaten project All-in (De Lork)

Positieve benadering: hefbomen voor het werken aan interculturalisering • Helder communiceren • Aandacht hebben voor cultuur zonder overculturaliseren • Correct informeren en efficiënt doorverwijzen • Duidelijke afspraken en procedures vastleggen • Werken aan sociale cohesie • Zorgen voor laagdrempelige aanspreekpunten • Inzetten op eerste en nulde lijn • Buurtgericht werken waar mogelijk • Preventie prioritair maken • Interculturalisering als een proces beschouwen
