  3. Poll Everywhere • Look at the pictures and determine which picture most fits your role as a coach in your school • As we look at the results, discuss how we can relate these pictures to our work.

  4. Mapping our Coaching Roles KEY: Green—Things that are easy and I do them all the time. Yellow—Things that can be challenging or tough to find time for. Pink—Things that are challenging, present roadblocks or very difficult to schedule time for. • With the post-it notes at your table, consider your areas of strength and weakness. • Look at the first column of “Coach Levels of Intensity” to assist you if necessary. • When you have a few post-it notes of each color, map them onto the quadrants posted around the room.

  6. Exploring the Four Quadrants Choose one of the four quadrants in the room and move to that location with your folder. Read the article affiliated with that quadrant. Follow the Golden Line Protocol to guide your discussion.
