I’m an optimistic chap, however I’m also realistic, and appreciate that most of us will never step foot on the moon – however, in saying that, Mr. Armstrong’s famous words resonate with many of us on various occasions in life, which makes them just as important as they were to him on that historical day.

  1. That's One Small Step For Man, One Giant Leap For Mankind'

Introduction • I’m an optimistic chap, however I’m also realistic, and appreciate that most of us will never step foot on the moon – however, in saying that, Mr. Armstrong’s famous words resonate with many of us on various occasions in life, which makes them just as important as they were to him on that historical day. • The world is a completely different place to what it was back in 1969 and “I guess nothing can last forever...” – so each of us find ourselves readjusting to the fresh challenges thrown our way, and often with an element of “really, what’s next!?” • As people around the globe come to work only to be told that, “it’s your time to leave us, for good” they turn to the street and find many other faces of despair greeting them, just as they hear the door behind them close shut. What now?

What Zelkova Consulting Can Do? • Well, here at Zelkova Consulting are finding that over the years, we have been dealing with fairly large companies, who come to us for help, and that’s great, we are good at what we do after all, and we get results. However, today we are finding we have added to our client list, and we call them, the Armstrong’s. • These new clients [Armstrong’s] are those very capable and experienced, yet newly unemployed, taking the leap to ‘owning a business of their own’. Now, whilst this may be the right thing for some, others are doing so without much thought or consideration as to what this really entails, and that’s the scary part. It would be unjust of me to advocate here that only a select few should take this ‘leap’ because I do not know every persons situation, capability and or experience, however, we do know what it takes to succeed in business, therefore, we have a passion in wanting to help those brave enough, to have every opportunity to be successful in their venture.
