Rules Extract • Game Durations (plus 5 minute half-times) • U14 .....two 35 minute halves • U15 .....two 40 minute halves • Overtime – each game must have a winner • U14 ..... two full-time 5 minute halves • U15 ..... two full-time 10 minute halves • No winner : Go to Kicks From The Penalty Mark
Pre-game Stuff • Game Roster Sheets and Players need to be checked before the match begins • First Team number listed is “Home” • Choice of side (teams are on opposite sides) • Responsible to change uniform color if conflict • Each Team to provide a game ball for use
During Play • Substitutions • At any stoppage with consent from Referee • Unlimited number allowed • Coaching/Spectator Area • Touchline area between both Penalty Areas • Restarting After Injury • Indirect Free Kick for team in possession of ball when play was stopped; otherwise, drop ball
Goalkeepers • Goalkeepers must wear colors which distinguish them from other players • No opposing player shall make physical contact with the goalkeeper WITHIN THE GOAL AREA • “Having control of the ball" is, if the goalkeeper holds the ball on the ground with one or both hands
Other • A player receiving a Caution can stay on the field of play • Misconduct Reports must be written in the TCYSA Clubhouse Meeting Room immediately after the match ends • The Coach or Manager of BOTH teams (winning or losing) will report the final score
