  1. Double click on the iQsystem Exams desktop icon. If not registered, click the Register user? option and continue with registration instructions on the following slide. If already registered, skip to slide 9. Access iQSystem Exams

  2. If already registered, skip to Slide 9 and continue. Otherwise, select United States and click Next Button

  3. Fill in all required information marked with a red *, and click the Nextbutton. Password must be at least 6 characters long.

  4. Fill in all required information marked with a red *, and click the Next button. Upon passing an exam, a certificate will be mailed to the address entered here.

  5. Fill in all required information marked with a red *, and click the Submit button.

  6. Select Take an exam or prepare for an exam and click the Next button. Click the Register button for MOS or IC3.

  7. Click the Use my Certiport profile data button. Click the Microsoft Non-Disclosure Agreement link, and click the Yes, I accept button. Then, click Submit button.

  8. When registered to take an exam, click the Next button. Congratulations, . You have successfully completed… When successfully registered, click the Finish button and close the internet browser to return to iQsystem Exams login screen and take an exam.

  9. Enter Username and Password. From the Exam Type: pull-down, select either Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3). Click the Login button. Starting an Exam

  10. If using a voucher, select  Yes under Vouchers and enter the voucher number provided by the proctor. Then, click Continue. If NOT using a voucher, leave all options  No and click Continue.

  11. Wait for a proctor to enter Proctor Authorization for you. Then, click Start Exam when ready to begin. Read all on-screen instructions. Verify that the correct exam has been selected prior to clicking Start Exam. Note: In the event of a computer error during the exam, immediately call for a proctor to shut down the system and perform a cold boot. Log back in to iQsystem Exams and continue the exam in progress.

  12. Completion of an Exam • When the exam is completed, a message will appear indicating the exam score and whether the exam was PASSED. • If the proctor requests a copy of the exam results, choose to print two copies and submit one copy to the proctor. • Upon passing an exam, an official certificate will be mailed from Certiport within two weeks. • If a MOS exam is NOT PASSED, a free retake must be completed within 30 days of the original exam date. A retake voucher number will be e-mailed to the candidate shortly.
