  3. CottagesThese are cottages .They can be big or small and usually one cottage has one owner . cottages are mostly built in the countrysides but sometimes you can see them in small towns.

  4. BungalowsThese are bungalows.They are one storey buildings . You can see many of them in Hawaii.

  5. a detached house is a free-standing residential building, asingle-family detached home detached (house, home, or dwelling) means that the building does not share an inside wall with any other house or dwelling. It has only outside walls and does not touch any other dwellings.

  6. A block of flatsThis is a block of flats . many people can live in that kind of houses. In Moscow people live in blocks of flats.

  7. Semi-detached houses A semi -detached house consists of pairs of houses built side by side as units sharing a party wall and usually in such a way that each house's layout is a mirror image of its twin.

  8. Terraced houses The first and last of these houses is called an end terrace, and is often larger than the houses in the middle. Terraced houses share side walls. Sometimes people call them semi-detached houses.
