  2. 4/4/12 Agenda • Project Update(s) Pellico - PIP Status Talk(s) • Pellico – Shutdown Plan (First couple of Weeks – Beam/Studies) • Mary Convery – Shutdown Plan (First couple of Months)

Updates • RFQ/LEBT • RFQ energy issue - Spectrometer Measurement Finished – Same Result • Energy Looks to be about 705KeV • Vendor has seen data and AGREES there is a energy problem • They are requesting about a week to look at data – will discuss next week. • Other injector items needing testing/assembly (so have things to do) • Long Shutdown just 2weeks away! • Talks to follow • http://www-ad.fnal.gov/proton/protonsched/shutdown2012.html • Work continues on RLS/Tracking of effort • This is for past two months • Any Questions? • Starting Regular Bi-Monthly PIP meetings with Roger • Request from Directorate to write quarterly summaries – • These reports are used by the DOE to track ‘projects’ • First one will be done by end of May • DOE/Experiments are on board with PIP – All realize we need to have a viable proton source for the next 10 to 15 years – reports will be used to help PIP achieve success
