ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION • Establishment of Programme Management Unit & dedicated working space & facilitiesfacilities(G.O. No. 6253 dated 16/09/2009). • Availability of GP-wise vetted estimates to combat any event of unemployment allowance during monsoon. • Ensure maintenance of Scheme Register/Asset Register • Arrangement for timely measurement – engage GRS as per G.O. No. 2746 dated 23/04/2010
ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION • Preparation of labour budget by November 2010 & audit reply for 2008-2009 • Schemes identified for execution during monsoon season (Social forestry/nursery/plantation/river bank protection etc.) • Identification of habitation to be connected with all weather roads
Audit of MGNREGS Fund • Para wise reply from GP/PS(PIA) against the audit report for 2008-09 not received only from Sutahata and Patashpur-I Block.
Conduct of Social Audit • Complete conduct of social audit immediately, if not done within 30/06/2010. Upload findings of social audit in MGNREGA website within 15/07/2010. Only Nandakumar and Ramnagar-I uploaded one report each.
POINTS TO REMEMBER • Inspection for all schemes taken up from 2010-11 plan • Improve quality of asset creation • Maintenance of books of accounts • Disposal of complaints • Estimates become as high as 2.5 times from the approved plan, example - Moyna • Requisition forms are not filled in properly • Too many schemes implemented by GP at a particular period of time-compromising in quality
