  4. Water conservation and water harvesting (number of & cubic mts as well) (digging of new tanks/ponds percolation tanks, small check dams etc to be indicated separately)

  5. Drought proofing (in nos. & hectare as well) (afforestation and tree plantation and other ectivities to be indicated

  6. Micro irrigation works (in nos. & length in km) (minor irrigation canals and other activities to be indicated separately)

  7. Provision of irrigation facility to land owned by : (in nos.) (scheduled castes and scheduled tribes, beneficiaries of land reforms and beneficiaries of IndraAwasYojanaect. To be indicated separately) • Unit of this sector is Hectre.

  8. Renovation of traditional water bodies (in nos. & cubic. Mt as well) (desilting of tanks/ ponds, desiliting of old canals, desiliting of traditional open well etc. to be indicated separately)

  9. Land development (in nos. & hecter as well) (plantation, land levelling other activities to be indicated separately)

  10. Flood control and protection (in nos. & length in Km) (drainage in water logged areas, construction and repair of embankment to be indicated separately)

  11. Rural connectivity (in nos. & length in Kms.)

  12. Any other activity (approved by MoRD)

  13. Tasks Ahead • Scrutiny of MPR before mailing to DPC. • Prepare Labour Budget for 2011-12 within 133% of approved amount of this year (mailed on 05.10.2010). • Direct the G.P.s to start preparation of annual action plan for 2011-12 u/s 12(3) of the WBREGS, 2006. • Social Audit not yet uploaded by all blocks. • We could not achieve 100% inspection from block level.
