Distributed Software Development

This document outlines the experiences of our distributed software development team while working on a project themed around a boy and a desert. The process involved numerous challenges, including communication issues and system failures, which provided valuable learning experiences. The team's journey included extensive collaboration, as evidenced by SVN commits, meetings, and problem-solving encounters. We evaluated our project cost, navigating from a planned budget to a real expense. Through this endeavor, we gained practical knowledge and shared insights on effective teamwork and project management.
