  9. 2. Project statistics - Working hours • 221 hours on the project • Almost 8 hours per week per person • Have to grow to 10 • Difference of 60% of work between members • Due to different tasks, different level of knowledge

  12. 3. Experiences • Underestimate the research part • Not take enough time to estimate properly • Many difficulties to find a solution for the recording part • Only one project leader now and one integrator • Good communication • Really good motivation • Good allocation of tasks
