East Pacific Tropical Storm:ODILE The U.S. Navy forecasts Tropical Storm ODILE to continue moving through Arizona and weaken to tropical depression status by 00Z on Sept, 18th,Thurs (5pm PDT on 17th). However, it is still continuing to bring lots of precipitation to Arizona with winds of 20~30kts gusting to 30~40kts. The lower-left image is the IR satellite image of ODILE
