  2. Operation Tropical Storm Scenario -The Red and blue states are in conflict the past few years. The conflict escalated with the construction of a nuclear reactor. -According to classified military intelligence Red state initiated the reactor to construct nuclear weapons. Blue state has decided to destroy the reactor by organizing an air strike.
