  2. 2 Step1: Open Merch Factor Pro and log into your Merch by Amazonaccount Step2 Click on the Listing Updatestab Merchfactor.com

  3. 3 Step3 Type in your keyword to search your Merch account for the listing you want to update such as rose gold, glitteretc... Then click search and the software will return the number of results for that keyword. Step4 Click the add to file button. Now the software knows to go and collect the listing data for products containing thatkeyword. To search for more keywords simple repeat steps 3 &4 Merchfactor.com

  4. 4 Step5 Click the settingbutton Merchfactor.com

  5. 5 Step6 Select all the product type you want to collect data for. If you are making changes because of policy updates then we suggest you select allproducts. Merchfactor.com

  6. 6 Step7 Once you have selected all the product types you want click the Save Settings & Close button Step8 Click the Build Detailed CSV button and Merch Factor Pro will go and collect all the listing data for your selected keywords and save it to a file on yourdesktop. Merchfactor.com

  7. 7 Step9 You exported CSV file will look something like the example in the image. Make the changes you require then save the CSV file. Do not delete anycolumns. Step10 Upload the file into the software bu clicking the green folder button and selecting your file. Once selected click the Upload Filebutton Merchfactor.com

  8. 8 Step11 Enter the number of changes/listing updates you would like the software to make. Click the Start Changes button and Merch Factor Pro will go and make all your listing updates without you having to do any morework.
