  3. BEZBEDNOSTpodrazumeva ne samo standardni oblik bezbednosti, tj. higijene i zaštite od povreda na radu i profesionalnih bolesti, već i zaštitu od povrede moralnog integriteta, dostojanstva i privatnosti na radu

ZDRAVLJE NA RADU podrazumeva stanje kompletnog fizičkog, duševnog i socijalnog blagostanja čoveka, odnosno zaposlenog, i ne sastoji se samo u odsustvu bolesti ili slabosti (osiguranje zdravlja zaposlenog i očuvanje dobara) već prema definiciji Svetske zdravstvene organizacije podrazumeva i i pružanje pozitivnog doprinosa produktivnosti, kvalitetu proizvoda, radnoj motivaciji, radnom zadovoljstvu i na taj način, sveukupnom kvalitetu života pojedinaca i društva

The Agency is located in Bilbao (Spain) with a dedicated staff of experts in safety and health, information and administration. Our goal is to improve the lives of people at work by stimulating the flow of technical, scientific and economic information between all those involved in occupational safety and health (OSH) issues.   8. BEZBEDNOST I ZDRAVLJE NA RADU • Jeste obezbeđivanje takvih uslova na radu kojima se, u najvećoj meri, smanjuju povrede na radu, profesionalna oboljenja i oboljenja u vezi sa radom i koji pretežno stvaraju pretpostavku za puno fizičko, psihičko i socijalno blagostanje zaposlenih

Vojvodina: 9500 employees in construction industry (officially) – 1.8% of total workforce (2.274 undeclared workers found in 2004. in constructions in Serbia) In 2004. there were 254 casualties at work, including 18 with fatal injuries (Serbia: 69 deaths at building sites in 2004. and 10 in the first half of 2005.) During The Week of Intensive Inspection Survey (8. – 12. august 2005.) the work inspectors found even 617 defects and irregularities in work protection measures at 363 building sites in Serbia (4 bad injuries, 1 fatal, during that week) Building site in Novi Sad, 2005.

  13. Key risks and hazards • falling from a height, • being involved in a vehicle accident, • getting an electric shock, • being buried during excavation work, • being struck by falling material, • breathing in asbestos fibers, • suffering a bad back from handling heavy materials, • coming into contact with dangerous substances and • suffering hearing loss from loud noise.
