  1. Municipal E-U Waste System

  2. MISSION “To bring cost-effective source reduction through pay-by-weight waste collection into municipalities and rural areas worldwide.”

  3. THE PROBLEM Per capita municipal solid waste reaches a plateau of roughly 4.4 pounds every single day. • “New households, increased business, and more people mean more garbage. While the volume of waste produced depends on these factors, the manner that garbage is collected and disposed of is increasingly driven by changing government regulations related to environmental considerations. These changes are driving the transformation of the waste management sector into a large-scale, capital-intensive sector.” —IBIS World

  4. COST OF LIVING • Garbage service is a standard cost of living for most people and most companies pay monthly to have the city’s contracted waste haulers collect unwanted by-products • While cost is always a concern regarding program upgrades and implementations at any level, most individual consumers would embrace the opportunity to pay less for their service simply by making smarter decisions about what to throw away • Some cities may view waste disposal as a system that is not technically “broken” so there exists no need to fix what already works • Other cities may easily come to terms with the chance to operate more responsibly, more efficiently, and with less exponential cost by changing behaviors

  5. THE SOLUTION The Company will present a solution to municipalities, offering a more equitable way of managing solid waste by monetizing it in much the same way as other utilities such as gas, electricity, or water – where consumers pay only for what they consume, or in this case, what they waste.

  6. SOLID WASTE COLLECTION BY WEIGHT • Environmentally friendly program features a “pay-by-weight” system promoted to municipalities and garbage haulers, encouraging them to adopt a new way of managing the solid waste of consumers • Innovative solid waste containment system that includes: • Powder-coated or heavy-duty, dent-resistant rack components • Thermoplastic covering • Detachable saddle-buckets • Supplemental handheld unit for garbage truck drivers to digitally scan weight loads • Consumers can utilize the complementary, Waste Assembly Mobile Application to record and track their consumption levels • Municipalities will enjoy discounted Bulk Product Purchase contract prices. • Waste Weight is the software module program Municipalities and Waste Haulers will use for billing procedures within the system for ease of billing customers

  7. PAY-AS-YOU-THROW SYSTEM • Pay-As-You-Throw treats trash services just like electricity, gas, and other utilities. Households pay a variable rate depending on the amount of service they use. • In communities with Pay-As-You-Throw programs, residents are charged for the collection of municipal solid waste—ordinary household trash—based on the amount they throw away.  • Creates a direct economic incentive to recycle more and to generate less waste.

  8. CONCEPT Our Waste Assembly Unit will allow Customers to pay less for their solid waste collection. The unit is basically a curb-side scale unit that encourages people to recycle, and a convenient way to sort waste within the interior of the home such as the kitchen.

  9. CONCEPT Our Waste Assembly Unit will allow Customers to pay less for their solid waste collection. Our Prototype base cabinet, which accommodates the placement of the saddle-buckets or recycling receptacles within its interior, is positioned on the side of the waste assembly units.

  10. CONCEPT Our Waste Assembly Units provides a monetary incentive to customers, thus paying less for their solid waste collection. The weight on the scale part of the unit is the only portion of the solid waste to be billed to the customer. The recyclables will be collected free, because the waste haulers and municipalities make monies from recyclables.

  11. Keeping the Environment Clean The Company’s receptacles are manufactured from recycled aluminium and plastics which will help to reduce and eventually eliminate plastic and metal from landfills.

  12. GOING GLOBAL • Expanding our reach internationally, addressing the overabundance of unsanitary practices in the disposal of solid waste seen around the world. • The Company will operate within the Waste Collection Services market, a $43.6 billion U.S. industry

  13. PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT in whichever municipality we set up manufacturing facilities and create numerous employment opportunities in those municipalities Our company offers an alternative source of revenue to Municipalities through the purchase of a Bulk Product Contract based on the required number of units to support the number of households within the Municipality, thereby leasing to households on a monthly basis as an alternative to raising taxes.

  14. WASTE HAULER MONETARY & ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS Additional revenues realized when purchasing units on a volume scale, and thus leasing the units to customers at a monthly charge determined by the waste hauler Savings on insurance and workers’ compensation claims, due to fewer work-related injuries once the heavy, bulky containers of the past are eliminated Increased route efficiency thanks to the waste assembly app providing notification when receptacles in rural areas are nearing capacity Environmental cleanliness and uniformities on trash hauler routes and easy convenient small receptacles, thus improving ease of handling

  15. MUNICIPALITY MONETARY & ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS • Additional revenues realized through leasing units to customers at a monthly charge as determined by the municipality • Environmental cleanliness and uniformities realized on trash pickup day in the Municipality due to non-use of large bulky containers • Utilization of abandoned and vacant properties existing in the municipality by the Company for manufacturing and staging purposes

  16. Product Sales • Sales and leasing revenues of EU Waste Assemblies • App Downloads • The Company will charge via the App Store between $2.99-$4.99 for its Waste Assembly and Tri III Employment Mobile Applications • Pay-Per-Hit Revenue • Each time either the waste hauler or individual customer scans the weight to be recorded by the handheld unit or smartphone, the pay-per-hit program produces additional revenue for the Company. • Advertising in Applications • The Company will consult with www.millennialmedia.com to provide vendors with access to its apps to meet their marketing needs, which will provide an additional source of revenue. REVENUE SOURCES • Vehicle Wrap Sponsorships • Innovative Investments currently works with www.signarama.com for the development and installations of vehicle wraps, thus addressing the vendors’ marketing needs and allowing them to align publically with an innovative, eco-friendly firm such as the Company • Contracts • The Company will establish large contracts with municipalities and waste hauling companies which place large-volume orders. Contracts will be amortized over a period of affordability for the municipality or waste hauler at a specific rate of interest and compounded, thus providing on-going revenue over the set life of the contract.
