This study investigates the efficiency of siRNA transfection in NICC cells using BLOCK-iT™ Fluorescent Oligo. NICC cells were transfected with FITC-conjugated oligonucleotides, allowing for identification of successful transfection through fluorescence. The data presented are from one of five independent experiments, showing mean fluorescence intensity of FITC-positive cells as mean ± SEM. The open histogram represents non-transfected NICC, while the filled histogram indicates NICC transfected with BLOCK-iT™ Fluorescent Oligo, revealing a high transfection efficiency with cell counts at 69.2% ± 8.7%.
