  1. Thoughts for Diwali Sometimes the simplest of things in life hold great significance; like lighting a lamp or anointing our doorstep with colour. What is Light? Warmth, vision and trust. What is Darkness? Dissonance, desolation and disaffection. Moths flock to a flame for its warmth, for the heavens are populated many times over with cold stark illumination. Life is just like a nest or a home, where oblivion follows in the footsteps of emptiness. Diwali is a celebration of the fact that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world.
