Garner Lawfirm

It takes a special character to be a good lawyer. Each day, you have to deal with vulnerable clients and emotional couples. You are a steward of the law and so you should guide clients through their tough ordeals gently. But if you are a corrupt attorney like Terry Garner, you go an extra mile of complimenting your female client’s soft skin until she jumps into bed with you. Then you charge her for it!<br>

  2. Garner Law LLC Terry Lee Garner Lost our grandchildren because he was PAID to file a petition and did NOT Springfield Missouri hired this attorney from out of state. I tried to find reviews on line and found one from a female who claimed to have had two cases with a good out come. I should have checked further, turns out she is his "significant other" and was a complete lie. My husband and i sent a retainer of 500.00 to try and get custody from the state of our grandchildren, we were expecting him to file a petition for custody in the court. He did not and it went to the state to decide. They sided with the foster parents who wanted to adopt. We had wanted custody from the start but was told they would stay in Missouri for family visits. We understood that, having been foster and adoptive parents our selves. But when the natural parents rights were terminated we expected to get custody. But the state said because the foster parents had them for 9 months they ruled to give them to the foster family. We feel as though we were victimized twice, once by the state in breaking up our family, and again by this attorney who had never handled a custody case.
